All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates & are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered & delivery charges as set out in the delivery charges section of the website.
When you have placed your order on the website your requested order is generated to us, we will then send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details & value of your order. Your items will be checked against availability, you will be notified, should anything be out of stock. You will then be emailed your invoice for payment.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order (see Cancellations), our acceptance of your order & the completion of the contract between you & us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you (again via email confirming your items have been dispatched).
We will generate an invoice by Cancer Campaign in Suffolk via email to pay via paypal, or alternatively a cash payment at our office. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. No orders will be dispatched before payment.
Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods.
