All of our UK deliveries are made using Hermes include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
HERMES £6.00 3 – 5 working days from your dispatch email a tracking email will be supplied.
Special Delivery Next Day (Signed-for service) orders must be placed before 12 noon.£9.50 Next working day – deliveries can be made between 9am & 7pm.
Please Note: Special Delivery – while we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday, it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery FAQs My order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU).
- Will I have to pay customs charges?
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges & taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order. We may at our discretion require payment by bank transfer rather than by credit card prior to shipping.
- I have not received my order, what should I do?
You can track your order on the Hermes website with the track my parcel, using your supplied tracking number obtainable from your dispatch email.
We do ask that you allow the specified working days stated above for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your parcel in this time, please kindly check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to assist you further.
UK Online Returns Policy & Procedure
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.
Please email email@example.com will email you a Returns Note.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, including faulty or you have had an allergic reaction, you will be required to arrange & pay for the return of the items.
Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods less delivery.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
Refunds will only be made against the original method of paypal.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately by email a photograph would be beneficial.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number & keep the box, packing materials & the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
